With a registered capital of 75 million RMB, the company achieved "production and compliance in the same year" in 2024, reaching an annual output value of 32 million RMB. As a wholly-owned subsidiary, NEWBASE has rapidly emerged as a leader in China's new energy and commercial vehicle thermal management electronic control systems. The group’s headquarters is based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and operates a 53-acre production base dedicated to providing comprehensive electro-thermal management solutions for the new energy and commercial vehicle industries.
NEWBASE comprises two core business divisions: the Molding Division and the Electronics Division. The Molding Division specializes in precision molds and automotive plastic components, equipped with 23 fully automatic injection molding machines (covering 100–650 tons), three 100,000-grade dust-free coating lines, and SMT electronic production lines with a precision of ±0.025mm. This enables end-to-end services—from product development and mold design to manufacturing, molding, surface coating, painting, silk screening, and final assembly.
The company boasts advanced production facilities and technologies, supported by a professional R&D team of 60 engineers—35% of whom hold doctoral or master’s degrees. To date, NEWBASE has secured 87 patents, including 12 invention patents and 23 key patents in the field of new energy thermal management.
